Principal’s Newsletter – Week 5

September 14, 2025

Dear Hornet Community,

We are now five weeks into the school year, and it has been wonderful to see our students settling into routines, building friendships, and engaging in meaningful learning. Thank you for your partnership in making the start of the year so positive and successful.

Students drop off and pick up continue to be a safety concern during arrival and dismissal. Please do not park illegally on Nordok Pl, block our neighbors' driveways, make illegal turns, and have your children cross haphazardly across the street. We have a wonderful Kiss & Ride lane with staff available to make sure our Hornets exit safely. The safety of our students, staff, and families is my top priority, and I need your help maintaining safety!
