Let Me Run

We are so very excited for the 4th season of Let Me Run (LMR) running club for boys at Bush Hill!!  Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. With a comprehensive curriculum that applies the power of running, we encourage boys to develop their psychological, emotional, and social health, in addition to their physical health.  This amazing program helps 3rd -6th grade boys learn teamwork, build relationship skills, create friendships, grow emotionally, amplify their self-esteem, and live an active lifestyle.

Our practices will be held each Monday and Wednesday (4:00-5:15) from September 15th - November 12th.  We'll have an end-of-season wrap up and celebration will be at a community 5k on Sunday, November 16th!  Don't worry, there's still time to sign up!  Click the link below to register.

Odyssey of the Mind

Odyssey of the Mind (OM) is a unique creative problem-solving program. Teams of up to 7 students solve a long-term problem and present their solution, typically involving a performance, at a regional competition in March 2026. Teams who qualify out of the regional tournament could move on to the Virginia State tournament in April and the World Finals in May!

OM emphasizes teamwork, creativity, perseverance, and having lots of fun. And most important, teams do it ALL themselves, facilitated by their coaches. Teams will begin meeting in late October/early November.

Use the link below to find out more - including this year's long-term problems for teams to choose from - and to access the sign-up form.**

The deadline to sign up is Oct. 3, 2025.
