Aldrin Families,
Please excuse the short notice--we were recently informed about this opportunity and hope it will be beneficial.
A free Virtual Parent Café will be held Tuesday, September 9, 6:30 to 8 p.m. to discuss “Starting the School Year Well – The Importance of Routines.” Routines are more than just schedules. They are the building blocks for success. Having a consistent routine provides structure, stability, and peace of mind. Routines help reduce anxiety and foster independence, creating a peaceful and calm family dynamic.
Join us for an informal discussion about creating routines that work for your family – balancing structure, flexibility and a little fun too! Any Fairfax County parents or guardians with children ages 0-18 years old can join through MS Teams at https://bit.ly/DFS-Parent-Cafe-2025. For more information or to preregister, email BuildingStrongerFamilies@fairfaxcounty.gov or call 703-324-7720.
