Dear Clearview Families,
This is a friendly reminder that students do not have school tomorrow, Tuesday, September 9 since almost all of FCPS schools are being used for special elections. Also, Wednesday, September 10 is a 3-hour early release. If you have not communicated with us about your dismissal preference for your child on Wednesday afternoon, please reach out to your child’s teacher and inform them of your plans.
Would you like to recognize someone from our school who goes above and beyond? Submit a nomination to FCPS Cares.

Fall Spirit Wear Sale: September 8-22

- Hoodie, full zip, and quarter zip sweatshirts
- Flannel pajamas pants, sweatpants, and trucker hats
- Order through the online store.
Back-to-School Picnic: September 12
- Join us from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Clearview Back Field.
- Bring a blanket and chairs.
- First bus departs the Berkdale Apartments at 5:30 pm.

Sign up to donate bake sale items or volunteer to help at the picnic.

Pre-order pizza by Tuesday, September 9.
- Rain date is September 19.
Monthly PTA Meeting: September 17
- Join us from 7-8 pm in the Clearview Library or on Zoom.
- The Zoom link will be posted on our website (PTBoard) the day of the meeting.
- All Clearview families are part of the PTA and everyone is welcome.
- Come meet other families, share questions and ideas, and hear school administrator updates.
- September’s conversation topic is "Ask the Principal.” What’s on your mind? Mrs. Almquist is ready to chat with you!
