 Lemon Road is excited to host parents & guardians tonight for Back to School Night. This is an adult event where classroom teachers will share with parents/guardians expectations for the year. Topics include daily schedules, homework, grading policies, field trip plans, big events, and communication expectations. Classroom teachers will host identical sessions at 6:00 and 7:10 PM. Kindergarten - grade 5 teachers will meet parents in their classrooms. All 6th grade teachers will present together in the gym.
Between classroom sessions parents will be encouraged to visit the cafeteria where they will meet with PTA and Lemon Road specialists to discuss programs for the year. Representatives from our student leadership organizations will also be stationed in the cafeteria.
Before you come, watch this quick welcome video from School Administrators Mrs. Castillo & Ms. Ulsh! Parking is limited at Lemon Road so walk or carpool when possible. Our doors will open at 5:45 and the event will conclude at 7:50. Thank you to all the parents who have dropped off drinks & desserts for our staff to enjoy between school and Back to School Night. Thank you to the families who have filled out the Early Release Wednesday Google Form that was sent out last week. We have our first Early Release Wednesday on September 10th. To make sure every child has a safe and smooth dismissal, please complete the Early Release Google Form now so childcare groups can be determined for the year.
