FCPS MS Athletic Physical Form - Must be completed by your doctor and turned into the KJMS Main Office

Emergency Care Card - Print, complete and turn into the KJMS Main Office
- We will send out updates regarding meetings, tryouts, practices, games, etc... through Schoology, News You Choose and Talking Points as well as updates on the KJMS ASP Calendar
In Social HW Club, students will have the opportunity to complete school assignments with their friends in a social setting. There will be KJMS Staff to assist students with their work.
The Signup gives your student the option to attend Social HW Club on any day it meets.

Late Bus Transportation is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday when after-school clubs meet.
There is NO Late Bus Transportation on Tuesdays - Parent Pickup by 4:30 required
Social HW Club meets M-F from 2:30-4:30.
- Quiet Homework Time - 2:30 - 3:30
- Supervised Social Time (Snack Bar - Cash ONLY) - 3:30 - 4:30
