Bring your whole family and join in for some fun and frivolity on the Wolftrap field this Friday!!! As always, Wolfie the mascot will be walking around, there will be two food trucks here (see flyers below), as well as Ben & Jerry's, with some sweet treat! Be sure to stop by the photo booth, and catch Wolfie the mascot walking around.
VOLUNTEERS ARE STILL NEEDED! Please visit the sign-up genius to volunteer. This is a great opportunity for current eighth graders to buddy up with a friend and get a start on service hours!
As always, the Sandwich Shop will accept pre-orders. Be sure to put "FOR WOLFTRAP ELEMENTARY" in the memo section. Pickup your sandwiches at the school between 5:00-6:30 p.m. Orders are accepted until 5 p.m., August 21.

As a reminder, please sign up for the PTA for the 2025-26 school year! PTA memberships are annual, so you must renew your PTA membership each year-- even if you have signed up previously!
PTA membership comes with many benefits, including voting rights at PTA meetings and access to the online school directory. The $30 membership fee covers state and national dues, impactful teacher support, and education and community opportunities for our school! The PTA board looks forward to you joining us this year!

The Yearbook Committee is so excited to start collecting pictures for this year’s yearbook. Please send your full resolution images to yearbook@wolftrappta.org as events happen. Images are needed from the first day of school, Wolftrap Under the Stars, Pizza bingo, field trips, class parties, Artist in the making, and other school related events and activities.
Come "Get the Scoop!" with the new 2025-26 PTA Board. Join the Board and Dr. Grove on Wednesday evening,September 10th in the newly furnished library to find out what it is working on this year. You will have the opportunity to have your voice heard, and share your recommendations to the Board about what projects are next!

The PTA would like to recognize two parents who have gone above and beyond to help prepare students for the new school year!
Ryan Marren has once again done an exceptional job running the Sprout box distribution, along with her team. Ryan has been running the Sprout box program for the school since 2016!
Laura Hamm is the chair of the Welcoming Committee this year. She has run the fun playdates over the summer for rising kindergarten and first grade students. Most recently, the Welcoming Committee hosted the last summer playdate on August 14th. There was an excellent turn out, and the kids had a great time getting to know each other, while enjoying pizza!
