Greetings Frost MS Parents/Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well. As another exciting school year approaches, we're reaching out with an important and heartfelt invitation for you to become more deeply involved in shaping our school community.
The Frost MS Parent Teacher Association (FMSPTA) plays a vital role in enriching the educational experience for all our students. Through various programs, events, and initiatives like Frost Bingo Night, Frost Family Festival, Teacher Appreciation Week, Frost Teacher Grant program, enhanced After-School programs, lunch food security, and the 8th Grade Celebration, the FMSPTA supports our teachers and students, enhances school resources, and fosters a strong connection between home and school. Our success truly depends on the active participation and dedication of parents like you!
This year, our PTA is particularly looking for passionate and committed parents to step forward and serve on our PTA Executive Board. These leadership positions are crucial to the smooth and effective operation of our PTA, helping to drive our mission and ensure our children have the best possible environment to learn and grow. A strong PTA and community partnership makes Frost Middle School the special place that our students and community have come to expect and deserve.
We have several key roles that need to be filled, including:

Treasurer: Responsible for managing the FMSPTA's finances, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Secretary: Responsible for maintaining records, taking minutes at meetings, and managing communications.
- And other vital positions that contribute to various committees and projects.
No prior experience is necessary for most roles; just a willingness to contribute and a desire to make our school an even better place! We provide support and resources to help all our board members succeed. Come and join us!
