🩹Required Immunizations for Rising 7th
✅ Immunization Update for Rising 7th Graders Thank you to all families who have submitted immunization records! As we continue reviewing submissions, we appreciate your patience. Once entered, it may take 2–4 business days for the county’s notification system to reflect the update.
📌 If additional documentation is needed, a Cooper Middle School staff member will contact you directly. No action is needed unless you hear from us.
📣 ACTION REQUESTED: If your student is missing any immunizations in SIS and you have not already submitted documentation, please email your student’s immunization record to coopermiddleimmunizations@fcps.edu as soon as possible and prior to the first day of school.
🩹 The most commonly missing immunizations for rising 7th graders are: • Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis booster (Tdap) • Meningococcal vaccine (MenACWY)

All volunteers (new or returning) will need to register in Volunteer FCPS, complete a volunteer orientation and be required to sign in using the visitor kiosk. Some volunteers will also be required to undergo a background check. Visit the Volunteer FCPS website for details.
