Good Evening Bailey's Tigers,
Summer vacation is almost over, and we are so excited to welcome your children back to school! Our amazing teachers have been working hard to get their classrooms ready, and we can't wait for another great year together.
A big thank you to all the new families who joined us for our last summer playdate. It was wonderful to see so many new faces! Be on the lookout for more information about future playdates coming soon.
We also want to thank everyone who contributed to our Welcome Back Breakfast for teachers and staff. Your generosity helped us start the year off on a warm and positive note.

- Bailey's Upper Open House: Thursday, August 14th from 9:00 am – 11:00 am
- First Day of School : Monday, August 18th
- No School- Labor Day Holiday: Friday, August 29th and Monday, September 2nd
- No School- District Elections: Tuesday, September 9th
- General PTA Meeting: Wednesday, September 10th at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria at Bailey's Primary
- 3 Hour Early Release: Wednesday September 17th
We hope you can join us for Open House this Thursday, August 14th from 1:00 pm- 3:00pm! To help us have a smooth afternoon, we ask that families come during their designated 30-minute window, based on the first letter of your child’s last name:

Our teachers are eager to meet everyone at Open House this upcoming Thursday, August 14th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am! There will be shuttle buses provided once again to and from Bailey's Primary for your convenience. We encourage you to use the shuttle to school especially because we have very limited parking at Upper. Below is the scheduled time of departures.
Shuttle Leaves Bailey’s Primary to Bailey's Upper:
8:40 a.m. AND 8:50 a.m.
Shuttle Leaves Bailey’s Upper to Bailey's Primary:
10:30 a.m. AND 10:45 a.m.
LAST BUT LEAVES AT 11:00 a.m.

We invite everyone to join us on Wednesday, Sept 10th for our first general PTA meeting of this school year. Stop by and hear from our 2 principals and board members about what exciting things are happening at both schools. Childcare will be provided and we will have light refreshments for everyone. Please arrive at 6:00 pm to register your child for childcare. Doors open at 6:00 pm and the meeting will start promptly at 6:30 pm. See you then!

PTBoard is a communication platform which aims to make it easier for parents to stay organized, informed and connected. It is a central hub for managing school-related activities and communication. It's also another way for you to gain access our school directory, we encouraging all our Bailey's parents to sign up for PTBoard to stay connected and informed.
Our Helping Hands boutique is in need of new or gently used size 4t- 8 leggings, sweatpants, tops and children's shoes for both boys and girls. If you are clearing out your child's closet and come across any of these items we would appreciate your donation.
You are welcome to stop by and drop it off at the at the Family Center Trailer behind the school between the red and green park. The center is open Monday-Friday from 9:30am- 3:30 pm.
