⏰ Limited Early Release Days for Elementary Schools
Limited early release days for elementary schools will shift to Wednesdays for the 2025-26 school year. On these days, students will be dismissed at 12:35 P.M.
Three-hour early release days for our school will include:
- September 17
- October 15
- November 19
- December 17
- February 25
- March 25
- April 29
- May 20

Given our current renovation and construction, we are still accepting visits by appointments during regular office hours from 8:00am - 4:30pm starting August 4th. Please call 703-227-3500 to make an appointment.
 Mark your calendars! On Sunday, September 21st, 2025, Lees Corner will be participating in the 17th Annual Asha-Jyothi Fun Run at Fairfax Corner. This exciting event is a fantastic way to support a great cause while also benefiting our school community.
We'd love for you, your family, and anyone else who wants to join Lees Corner to come out and participate. Please note, if you register before September, you can apply the coupon code provided below on the flyer.

The 2025-26 Online Verification/Update (OVU) packet will be available in ParentVUE starting July 25th. The OVU packet allows parents to electronically update phone numbers, emergency contacts, health conditions, and upload immunization records for their students via ParentVUE. Electronic capture of this information improves data quality and reduces staff workload.

 Families must submit an application and be approved to be eligible for free and reduced-price meals.
Interested families are encouraged to submit the Free and Reduced-Price Meal application linked here prior to the start of school on August 18th.

Students approved for Free and Reduced-Price Meals may qualify for additional benefits such as waived or reduced fees for instruments, uniforms, field trips, FCPS class fees, and Parktakes classes. Schools also benefit from funding opportunities based on Free and Reduced-Price Meal application numbers.
