Falcons, we miss you already – the halls are far too quiet without you! What a blast we had at our end-of-year Field Day at Forestdale! Students enjoyed a day filled with laughter, games, and teamwork, creating perfect summer send-off memories.

Sixth Grade vs. Staff Kickball Game
Forestdale Elementary wrapped up the year with a thrilling Staff vs. 6th Grade Kickball Game, filled with cheers and unforgettable plays! Both teams showed incredible spirit and had an absolute blast, making it a truly memorable end-of-year tradition.

The FCPS PreK Program serves 3 and 4 year old students with a high quality, full-day preschool program with no cost to families at 78 Fairfax County elementary schools.
Students may qualify with a variety of economic or educational risk factors. Learn more about the Pre-K and Early Head Start Program by watching this video (English) or video (Spanish).

🍽️ Summer Meals for Students: Details Coming Soon
FCPS’ Summer Meal Service Program provides breakfast and lunch free of charge to all children aged 18 and younger. Check FCPS’ Food and Nutrition Services webpage and the USDA Meals Summer Meals for Kids Site Finder in mid-June for specific dates, times, and locations.
Please note that no meals will be served on the June 19 and July 4 holidays. If you have any questions regarding the Summer 2025 meal service, please email SummerMeals@fcps.edu or call 703-813-4800.
