A Message from the PTA President
Dear Hunt Valley Families,
I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend!
Thank you to everyone who attended the volunteer breakfast last Friday, and special thanks to our amazing Admins, Front Office Staff, and Teachers for hosting such a thoughtful event. It was lovely to gather and celebrate together—this time not in a volunteer capacity!
We’re excited to announce that the Hunt Valley PTA will continue next year! Please join us in congratulating our incoming PTA Board:
• President: Allison Kacmar
• Treasurer: Graham Mullins
• Secretary: Vachon Bullock
As the school year wraps up, the current board has compiled an End-of-Year Report highlighting the year’s accomplishments and how your generous contributions were used to support our school. We’ll now begin transitioning responsibilities to the new board, whose term officially starts on July 1, 2025.
Starting July 1, please don’t forget to renew your PTA membership at https://huntvalleypta.givebacks.com/. Memberships are valid for one year and help us continue the important work we do.
Volunteers are still needed for Field Day! Please consider signing up if you’re available—we’d love your help. Sign up links are below.
Also, Sprout School Supply Boxes for next year are now available for purchase! Save time by ordering your child’s supplies in advance. Boxes will be delivered directly to Hunt Valley and available for pickup in the gym during Open House. (Details and ordering link below.)

Field Day is right around the corner, and we need your help! Please see sign-ups below for volunteer opportunities. Please note, these sign-ups are for station volunteers (you will be assigned to monitor a specific station/game). Your teacher will follow-up separately asking for classroom volunteers (where you will walk around from station to station with your class). You are invited to join the unofficial Facebook group for the Hunt Valley community, Hunt Valley Elementary Parents. Please note that anyone who requests to join, including someone added by an existing group member, must answer the membership questions and check the box indicating agreement to abide by the group rules. If your membership has not been approved, this is likely why; check your Facebook messages (you may have to dig around for the section for messages from non-friends) for assistance from an admin. Please note that this group is not sponsored by the school or the PTA!
