Annandale Seniors and Families:
Today marked the first of our end-of-year celebrations for the Class of 2025! After their final exam, seniors gathered in the cafeteria for the senior picnic. They enjoyed light snacks and signed yearbooks with friends.
Tomorrow evening, our seniors will come together for Senior Sunset, a special gathering on the stadium field from 7:00–9:00pm. Then, on Friday, we will hold our annual Senior Awards Ceremony from 10:00–11:15am in the Auditorium.
Next week, the focus will shift to preparations for our upcoming graduation ceremony. There are several items students must complete before Cap & Gown distribution on Monday, June 2 and Graduation Rehearsal on Tuesday, June 3. This includes paying dues, completing the senior survey, resolving any outstanding obligations, and returning their FCPS laptop. See below for important information about these tasks.
For the latest information about upcoming senior events, check out the Class of 2025 Schoology group. If you have any questions, please contact our senior class sponsors, Steven Zaret, Prarthana Purohit, Stefanie Kline, Stuart Converse or our senior class administrator, Jae Lee.
Sincerely,
Shawn DeRose, Principal
