Year-End Gifts for Teachers & Staff

As the 2024-2025 school year comes to a close, many families like to show their appreciation to the incredible MRES staff. There are many different ways to thank the staff  this time of year. As in previous years, we are giving families the option to participate in GiftCrowd. You can leave a gift and note for any staff member that has made a difference to your family here

We have created teams for some staff members who might not always be in the spotlight; so please consider contributing to those as well. Here is where you can find the members in each team. These gifts will be automatically split evenly between the team members as soon as the gift collection ends. Each recipient will be able to see all of the messages and choose how to redeem their gift of choice.

Please note that the minimum contribution is $2 and all contributions are not visible to the recipient. Staff members will be able to redeem their gifts for one or more gift cards (including Amazon, Target, Walmart, or hundreds of others). Every recipient will be able to see the list of participants (but not their individual contributions) and their greetings. The gifts collection ends on June 10, 11:30 PM ET.  At that time, the gifts will be sent to their respective recipients. Questions? Email Monica at president@marshallroadpta.org.

PTA Spotlight

MRES Staff Spotlight

This week Ms. McCulla is the winner of the priority parking spot. Ms. McCulla has been part of the MRES family for the past 3 years, and we are so lucky to have her on our team. Outside of school, she loves spending time outdoors; kayaking and hiking are two of her favorite activities. She is also learning something new and fun; she is teaching herself how to play the ukulele! Ms. McCulla is originally from a small town in the New York Finger Lakes Region called Horseheads. She finds that no matter where she goes, she meets someone who knows of her hometown or has passed through. Ms. McCulla and her husband are proud parents of two daughters: Lt. Christine McCulla, USCG and Liddy McCulla, a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Michigan.
