Please read the following important information regarding Student Chromebook Returns.
Student Chromebook Return Information:
Student Chromebook collection is fast approaching. Please ensure your child comes to school with their FCPS-issued Chromebook in its Gumdrop case and their HP Chromebook charger (see images below) on their designated return day.
  Return Procedures:

Regular Return: Students will return their FCPS-issued Chromebook, Gumdrop case, and charger during their designated math class on Thursday, June 5th or Friday, June 6th. Please confirm that they have removed any USB devices, flash drives, and personal stickers from the device before returning it.

Students Leaving Early: If your child will be starting summer break before their designated turn-in date, please have them drop the Chromebook, in its Gumdrop case, and charger off in room 1210 on their last day. Please ensure both the Chromebook and charger are clearly labeled with your child's first and last name.
Lost or Misplaced Items:
Replacement fees will apply for a lost or misplaced HP charger ($23), Gumdrop case ($49.95), and/or Chromebook ($444). Payments for replacements can be made as follows:
A device will not be issued for the upcoming school year until all items are returned or the fee is paid in full.
FCPS Summer Programs:
Students enrolled in the FCPS online campus or ESY summer programs will be permitted to keep their laptops and chargers until the program concludes on Friday, August 1, 2025. Following program completion, devices must be returned promptly to Cooper Middle School.
