1. 2025-2026 Board Elections (1st VP, 2nd VP, and Treasurer)
2. Summer 2025 Budget (Summer playdates, WTUS, and Teacher Lunches in August)
3. Special Projects: Library construction and Furniture
This year's field day is Wednesday, June 4th, and Mr. Bechtle is looking for volunteers! Please visit the sign-up sheet to volunteer for a spot!
Ideally, it would be great to have a morning set of volunteers and an afternoon set. *Preferably parents of students who are participating in that session, so that they are able to see their kids.

Our very own Wolftrap 4th graders have achieved their fundraiser project goal to purchase and donate the Sports Overcomer, promoting inclusivity for all students during PE.

Tuesday, May 20 on Suicide Prevention. This is an In-Person Parent Discussion from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the Club Phoenix Teen Center located at 120 Cherry St. SE, Vienna, VA 22180 in the Basement of the Vienna Community Center. We are looking to fill more spots to offer the program, so anyone over 18 is welcome to join. A registered teen of Club Phoenix Teen Center is not required for this parent discussion.

Madison Field Hockey Youth Camp
Dates: July 7 to July 11
Time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
We are excited to announce that the Madison Field Hockey team will be hosting a youth camp this summer! This camp aims to introduce or improve the knowledge and skills of each player while providing an enjoyable learning experience.
Camp Highlights:
- Players will be assigned to teams with a coach from the Varsity team.
- Small group instruction focusing on:
- Stick skills
- Field positioning
- Daily small-sided games to enhance gameplay skills.
- Each camper will receive a reversible two-sided pinnie to keep!
