Dear Terraset Families,

As we step into March, we continue to be inspired by the kindness, growth, and curiosity we see in our Tigers every day. Thank you for your ongoing support in making Terraset a place where all students feel valued and empowered to learn!

We invite you to join us for our PTO meeting on Wednesday, March 5th at 6:30 PM. We are excited to welcome Adrienne Glenn from the Office of Equity and Cultural Responsiveness, who will be presenting on Fostering an Inclusive and Welcoming Culture at Terraset. We hope to see many of you there!

Additionally, by the end of next week, all grade levels will participate in a refresher on Students' Rights & Responsibilities. These conversations will help students reflect on their own behaviors and ensure they align with Terraset and FCPS guidelines for positive and respectful conduct.

As always, we appreciate your partnership in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for our students!

With gratitude,

Katie Aldridge, Principal

Dave Ickowski, Assistant Principal

🏘️Fairfax County Child Supervision Guidelines

We have been getting questions from families about the appropriate age for children to stay home unsupervised. Fairfax County provides families guidelines to follow when deciding whether or not your child is ready to stay home unsupervised or babysit a younger child without an adult present.
