 We are less than 2 weeks away from the 2025 Clermont PTA Silent Auction and are seeing lots of interest from the community! This year we are going back to the 80s!! The event will once again be held at the beautiful ALX Atrium in Alexandria (on the corner of Washington and Duke Streets) on Saturday, March 8th at 6:00 pm! There will be a live band (Diplomatic Immunity), plenty of delicious food, and great drinks. The PTA Silent Auction is one of our largest fundraising events of the year. It allows the PTA to sponsor a vast number of programs throughout the year that benefit ALL Clermont students, including enrichment programs, school field trips, classroom instructional supplies, new technology, assemblies, and more. Silent Auction ticket sales are up from this point last year with 30% of tickets going to first time auction attendees! Never been to a Silent Auction? We promise you will have a great time and meet new people while supporting a great cause!
Arrive Early and Receive Courtesy Professional Digital Photos!
On auction night, between 6-7 pm, Emily Campos, from Emily Campos Photography and Clermont parent, will be taking photos of individuals, couples and friends at the balloon arch photocall! Want multiple pictures with friends or groups? Let’s capture the moments! Digital pictures will be saved to a website collection and the link emailed out to all attendees following the auction. Due to the large number of guests, we do not have the ability to send out photos individually. Get your ticket, come early and smile!
Live Auction Returns!
For the first time since 2020, the highly energetic and entertaining Live Auction portion of the Clermont PTA Silent Auction returns this year with some big ticket items including last year's most sought after item, 2 Round Trip Jet Blue Tickets to Anywhere! The Live Auction will be held at 8:30pm. You do not want to miss this!!!

Silent Auction Opens Online on Monday, March 3rd at 10am!
The Clermont PTA Silent Auction opens online Monday, March 3rd at 10:00am! The auction is opening before the Saturday evening event based on parent feedback and consistent with how we did it last year. This will give parents an opportunity to bid/purchase items before the event and allow for parents to participate in the Silent Auction if they are unable to attend the evening event. The auction will close at 9pm on Saturday during the Clermont PTA Silent Auction Gala.

What is a Silent On-line Auction?
A Silent On-line Auction is a fundraising event where the bidding and direct purchases are done electronically on your phone until the bidding closes. A link to the bidding site will be sent to you after you register for the auction.
Do I have to dress up?
This year’s event theme is an 80s Theme. Feel free to come comfortable or dress up. No dress code required.
What type of items will be auctioned?
Items in the past have included restaurant gift cards, tickets to plays, massages, fitness classes, adventure passes, vacation packages, just to name a few. The Auction will also offer Teacher/Clermont Experiences, and Socials.
