It’s Kindergarten Registration Time!
Attending kindergarten provides children with an opportunity to learn and practice the essential social, emotional, problem-solving, and self-regulation skills they will use throughout their lives. Registering your child early helps us prepare and ensure we have the teachers and resources needed on the first day of school.
Families should prepare for registration by gathering documents and completing forms on the FCPS kindergarten registration webpage. FCPS offers support and resources for all families to help with registration and the transition to kindergarten. For support in other languages, visit the kindergarten registration webpage.

Kindergarten Orientation March 19th
If your child will be joining Clermont for Kindergarten in the fall, please join us on March 19th for Kindergarten Orientation. Doors will open at 4:30 pm, and Orientation will begin at 5:00 pm. Your rising kindergarten student is encouraged to join you! (Parents should be prepared to show a valid ID upon entry.)

Our Science Festival has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 20. Space is still available to register to attend! (If you previously registered to attend, you do not need to re-register.)

We are just 2 weeks away from the 2025 Clermont PTA Silent Auction and are seeing lots of interest from the community! This year we are going back to the 80s!! The event will once again be held at the beautiful ALX atrium in Alexandria (on the corner of Washington and Duke Streets) on Saturday, March 8th at 6:00 pm! There will be a live band (Diplomatic Immunity), plenty of delicious food, and great drinks. The PTA Silent Auction is one of our largest fundraising events of the year. It allows the PTA to sponsor a vast number of programs throughout the year that benefit ALL Clermont students, including enrichment programs, school field trips, classroom instructional supplies, new technology, assemblies, and more. Live Auction Returns!
For the first time since 2020, the highly energetic and entertaining Live Auction portion of the Clermont PTA Silent Auction returns this year with some big ticket items including last year's most sought after item, 2 Round Trip Jet Blue Tickets to Anywhere! The Live Auction will be held at 8:30pm. You do not want to miss this!!!
Arrive Early and Receive Courtesy Professional Digital Photos!
On auction night, between 6-7pm, Emily Campos, from Emily Campos Photography and Clermont parent, will be taking photos of individuals, couples and friends at the ballon arch photocall! Want multiple pictures with friends or groups, let’s capture the moments! Digital pictures will be saved to a website collection and the link emailed out to all attendees following the auction. Due to the large number of guests, we do not have the ability to send out photos individually. Get your ticket, come early and smile!
Silent Auction Children & Parent Socials!
Children & Parent Socials are parties hosted by a Clermont family/supporter where a specified number of “tickets” are sold at the auction at a set price on a first come basis. These can be for children or adults-only. Hosts set the details/themes of the party and contribute the costs of the event, so that full ticket price from the Social is donated to the Clermont PTA. Often times, Socials have multiple hosts to share the costs of the Social. In the past, there has usually been at least one Social offered per grade level (i.e. 2nd Grade Moms Night Out, 5th Grade Dads Poker, Kindergarten Parents Meet & Greet, 3rd Grade Boys Basketball, 1st Grade Paint and Popsicles). These Socials are an excellent opportunity to meet and get to know better other students or parents at Clermont Elementary School. If you are interested in donating, please complete this form.
