Tuesday Terragram February 18

English | Español | አማርኛ | 中文 | 한국어 | Tiếng Việt | العربية | فارسی | اردو

Dear Terraset Families,

Next Monday, 2/24/25 we will have our next 3 hour early release Monday.  Be sure to check your email for this month’s early release Monday dismissal confirmation for your child/ren.  Any changes to that plan should be made by calling the main office at 703-390-5600 by no later than Thursday, February 20th.  It will be very difficult to navigate dismissal changes on the 24th.  Our top priority is to get every Tiger home safely at the correct time.

Additionally, while the overwhelming majority of our students consistently demonstrate respect and use kind words, we again have had a few instances of “roasting” lately. This is when students use words towards one another that are not kind nor respectful and are meant to hurt another person’s feelings. We will continue to support our children with expectations and ask that families reinforce these at home as well. Hateful speech and slurs are never tolerated at Terraset.

Yours in partnership,

Katie Aldridge, Principal

Dave Ickowski, Assistant Principal

🐕 No Pets on School Grounds
