Book Fair Family Shopping - Rescheduled

GFES PTA invites families to FALL IN LOVE with our fair and TREAT YOUR MIND to a book this weekend at our rescheduled family shopping hours on Saturday!
** Also, Girl Scouts cookies for FOR SALE during the Book Fair today! One of our school based troops will be on-site the entire time to make sure you don't miss out on the goodness of cookie season. **

Girls on the Run! This program is for girls in 3rd-6th grade runs from March 3rd–May 18th. Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30am–-8:30am on the GFES track.

Reflections Contest Results
Congratulations to the following GFES students whose Reflections entries earned Outstanding Interpretation Award, Award of Excellence and Award of Merit at the Fairfax County Council level. Outstanding Interpretation Award entries in the FCCPTA level were advanced to the Virginia PTA level.

Art Enrichment Update
Orientation for SESSION 4: DAVID HOCKNEY is next Tuesday, February 18th at 9:15 am in the Cafeteria. All AE Leads and volunteers are encouraged to attend. If you would like to volunteer for an Art Enrichment session in your child’s classroom, please reach out to your class lead or EnrichmentVP@gfespta.com.
Skate Night was a BLAST!
