 We are less than 4 weeks away from the 2025 Clermont PTA Silent Auction and are seeing lots of interest from the community! This year we are going back to the 80s!! The event will once again be held at the beautiful ALX Atrium in Alexandria (on the corner of Washington and Duke Streets) on Saturday, March 8th at 6:00 pm! There will be a live band (Diplomatic Immunity), plenty of delicious food, and great drinks. The PTA Silent Auction is one of our largest fundraising events of the year. It allows the PTA to sponsor a vast number of programs throughout the year that benefit ALL Clermont students, including enrichment programs, school field trips, classroom instructional supplies, new technology, assemblies, and more. Arrive Early and Receive Courtesy Professional Digital Photos - NEW
On auction night, between 6-7 pm, Emily Campos, from Emily Campos Photography and Clermont parent, will be taking photos of individuals, couples and friends at the balloon arch photocall! Want multiple pictures with friends or groups? Let’s capture the moments! Digital pictures will be saved to a website collection and the link emailed out to all attendees following the auction. Due to the large number of guests, we do not have the ability to send out photos individually. Get your ticket, come early and smile!
Silent Auction Children & Parent Socials!
Children & Parent Socials are parties hosted by a Clermont family/supporter where a specified number of “tickets” are sold at the auction at a set price on a first come basis. These can be for children or adults-only. Hosts set the details/themes of the party and contribute the costs of the event, so that full ticket price from the Social is donated to the Clermont PTA. Often times, Socials have multiple hosts to share the costs of the Social. In the past, there has usually been at least one Social offered per grade level (i.e. 2nd Grade Moms Night Out, 5th Grade Dads Poker, Kindergarten Parents Meet & Greet, 3rd Grade Boys Basketball, 1st Grade Paint and Popsicles). These Socials are an excellent opportunity to meet and get to know better other students or parents at Clermont Elementary School. If you are interested in donating, please complete this form.

What is a Silent On-line Auction?
A Silent Online Auction is a fundraising event where the bidding and direct purchases are done electronically on your phone until the bidding closes. A link to the bidding site will be sent to you after you register for the auction.
How can I help make the auction a success?
If you have season tickets to sporting events or the arts (plays, ballets, etc..), you can donate those items to be bid on! In addition, if you own a time share or vacation home you could donate a stay at the property as a live auction item. Do you have unused gift cards lying around? Those help too! If you are interested in donating, please complete this form or drop off items to the front office.
Do I have to dress up?
This year’s event theme is an 80s Theme. Feel free to come comfortable or dress up. No dress code required.
What type of items will be auctioned?
Items in the past have included restaurant gift cards, tickets to plays, massages, fitness classes, adventure passes, and vacation packages, just to name a few. The Auction will also offer Teacher/Clermont Experiences, and Socials.
