Despite a two-hour delay earlier this week, we had a very productive and positive week, culminating in our schoolwide spelling bee! We're now excited to celebrate Kindness Week, Bus Driver and Crossing Guard Appreciation Week, and our vibrant Heritage Night. This is a wonderful opportunity to highlight the care, compassion, and rich diversity of our school community. Learn more about these events and other important updates in this newsletter.

Kindness and Spirit Week
February 10-14 is Kindness and Spirit Week at Oak View! We'll have daily activities to reinforce the importance of caring for and respecting ourselves and others. The week kicks off with a schoolwide meeting, includes a celebration for our kindergarten and 1st grade students' 100th and 101st days and our PTA-sponsored Kindness Night, and culminates with Valentine's Day. What a wonderful way to spread love and joy throughout our school!
