Monday, February 10 is the next 3-hour early release of the school year. Clermont students will be dismissed at 12:50 pm. Those students who were previously opted-in to the extended childcare option will be dismissed at 3:50 pm. Each family was sent an email confirming the dismissal time you selected for the early release days.
Additionally, all schools and offices will be closed on Monday, February 17, for the Presidents Day holiday.
If your child will be joining Clermont for Kindergarten in the fall, please join us on March 19th for Kindergarten Orientation. Doors will open at 4:30 pm, and Orientation will begin at 5:00 pm. Your rising kindergarten student is encouraged to join you! (Parents should be prepared to show a valid ID upon entry.)

Volunteers Needed!
The Science Festival is two weeks away, with all new experiments, and right now we do not have enough volunteers to host the event.
We are looking for 25+ additional parent volunteers to help with one or more of the following: set-up, check-in students, run one of the science stations that have simple step by step instructions (no ice cream station this year), and clean-up. If we do not receive enough volunteers by February 6, we will be forced to cancel the event. This event is a huge hit among students and staff, so we would hate to cancel it!
If you are able, please volunteer your time to help the PTA execute one of our cornerstone events!

The PTA is seeing lots of interest in this year’s Silent Auction with ticket sales up from this point last year and with 30% of tickets going to first time auction attendees! Never been to a Silent Auction? We promise you will have a great time and meet new people while supporting a great cause!
The highly popular Clermont Elementary PTA Silent Auction will return in 2025, and we are going back to the 80s!!!! The event will once again be held at the beautiful ALX atrium in Alexandria (on the corner of Washington and Duke Streets) on Saturday, March 8th at 6:00pm! There will be a live band (Diplomatic Immunity), plenty of delicious food and great drinks. The PTA Silent Auction is one of our largest fundraising events of the year. It allows the PTA to sponsor a vast number of programs throughout the year that benefit ALL Clermont students, including Enrichment Programs, School Field Trips, Classroom Instructional Supplies, New Technology, Assemblies, and more. Arrive Early and Receive Courtesy Professional Digital Photos - NEW
On auction night, between 6-7pm, Emily Campos, from Emily Campos Photography and Clermont parent, will be taking photos of individuals, couples and friends at the ballon arch photocall! Want multiple pictures with friends or groups, let’s capture the moments! Digital pictures will be saved to a website collection and the link emailed out to all attendees following the auction. Due to the large number of guests, we do not have the ability to send out photos individually. Get your ticket, come early and smile!
