Family Liaison Newsletter - Issue 4, Feb 2025
Welcome to the February 2025 Family Liaison Newsletter! February is a month for love and family. Stay informed and engaged with our community updates on family resources, upcoming events and activites.
This Valentine's Day, let's explore what makes you YOU! Self-awareness helps students understand what they like, what they're good at, and what makes their hearts sing. Fun activities like sharing hobbies, talking about favorite school moments, or simply noticing what makes them smile can help build self-awareness.
Explore likes and dislikes through simple activities. Have your child circle pictures of activities they enjoy, such as playing with toys, helping in the kitchen, or drawing. Use a sticker chart to track activities your child tries and enjoys at home. Explore this activity that helps students connect and reflect on their interests and preferences.
Questions? Please contact Churchill Road Family Liaison, Nisha Bhatia, nbhatia1@fcps.edu, or by calling the front office before 11:00 a.m., Monday-Friday.
