Stronger Together
Dear Clearview Families,
As we approach the end of January, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of your children’s educational journey and of Clearview Elementary School’s mission and vision. Our students have been working hard, and we continue to remain incredibly impressed by their dedication and enthusiasm for learning.
Please consider nominating an administrator, staff member, student, or community partner who has made an exceptional contribution to inclusive practices by supporting, implementing, or designing programs and activities which include students with disabilities that result in improving outcomes for all Clearview students. Nominations close Wednesday, February 19.
We hope to see you at Herndon Middle School tonight for some basketball!

Ramadan
Ramadan begins at sundown on Friday, February 28. This day is an evening-only observance day. There is school during Ramadan, but certain activities that cannot be made up can not take place after school. See the complete school year calendar.
In Islam, Ramadan is the most sacred month of the year. During this month Muslims abstain from food and drink from dawn to sunset each day while striving to increase their spirituality, through prayers, charity, and good deeds. Muslims believe it was during this month that God revealed the first verses of the Holy Quran to Prophet Muhammad. Ramadan Mubarak to those in our community who observe!Throughout the year, as we celebrate and recognize various cultural holidays and observances, families are encouraged to contact Assistant Principal, Mr. Joshua Redford, regarding accommodations, including but not limited to those around lunch, prayer/meditation and silent reflection spaces and times, and instruction.
