It is hard to believe we have reached the halfway point of the school year! We have had a busy and successful first two quarters of the school year. Our quarterly Portrait of a Graduate (POG) Awards are this week. Students are recognized for demonstrating one of the five POG attributes: Communicator, Collaborator, Ethical & Global Citizen, Creative & Critical Thinker and Goal - Directed & Resilient Individual. We are proud of our students for continuing to learn and grow as they develop the skills needed to succeed in life and be “future ready”. Learn more about Portrait of a Graduate. We are excited for the second half of the year and cannot wait to continue to celebrate our students’ successes.

Saratoga Strong: Family Engagement Conversation Virtual Workshop - Navigating ParentVUE on Thursday, February 6 from 12 PM -1 PM
- Learn how to access your ParentVUE account, view student's report cards, assessments, report absences, and ask questions.
- Listen to a Saratoga Family Ambassador share how ParentVue has benefited her family.

If you have not been able to attend a Community Boundary Review meeting yet, it’s not too late! The following virtual meeting will have the same format and information available as the previous in-person meetings:

SR&R and Cell Phone Policy Survey
All FCPS families and middle and high school students have received an invitation to participate in a survey about FCPS’ Student Rights and Responsibilities (SR&R), cell phone policy, and cell phone storage options. The survey will be available through Monday, February 3. Please take a few moments to share your feedback and help FCPS make informed, inclusive decisions for all of our schools!

Saratoga Strong: Taller virtual de conversación sobre participación familiar: navegando por ParentVUE el jueves 6 de febrero de 12 p. m. a 1 p. m.
- Aprenda cómo acceder a su cuenta ParentVUE, ver las boletas de calificaciones y evaluaciones de los estudiantes, informar ausencias y hacer preguntas.
- Escuche a una embajadora de la familia de Saratoga compartir cómo ParentVue ha beneficiado a su familia.

Se Viene Pronto la Encuesta de SR&R y Política de Celulares
Todas las familias de FCPS y estudiantes de escuelas intermedias y secundarias recibirán una invitación por correo electrónico el martes, 21 de enero, para participar en una encuesta acerca de los Derechos y Responsabilidades del Estudiante (SR&R) de FCPS, Política de Teléfonos Celulares, y opciones de almacenamiento de teléfonos celulares. La encuesta estará disponible del 21 de enero al 3 de febrero. Por favor tómese unos minutos para compartir su opinión y ayudar a FCPS a tomar decisiones informadas e inclusivas para todas nuestras escuelas.
