Date Correction: Teacher Workday is Wednesday, January 29th.
Dear Spring Hill Families,
Another cold week in January! Hopefully, next week will bring warmer weather. Although we had a school holiday and several two-hour delays this week, our staff and students continue to move forward with teaching and learning. Several of our grade levels are wrapping up iReady testing and finishing strong as the end of Quarter 2 approaches. As a reminder, Wednesday, January 29th is a teacher workday and there is no school for students. Also, our next 3-hour early release is scheduled for February 24th.
We ended our week with a fabulous Author visit for grades 4-6. Erin Stewart is a former Spring Hill student and parent!
We are on our final week of collecting donations for Rise Against Hunger. Please see the information below. Thank you to all the families who have donated so far! This year marks a huge achievement—packaging our one-millionth meal since the event began in 2012! Please help us do this by donating now as we need to raise funds for 82,080 meals.
Sincerely,
Amy Briggs

We are overflowing with sweatshirts of all types, so stop by or have your kids look for their things at lunch. We’ll get the website updated with new photos of unlabeled items by the end of January.
