FROST TRACK TEAM 2025

IS YOUR CHILD INTERESTED IN JOINING THE FROST TRACK TEAM?  See this important information below and what you need to do:

STEP 1:  Please click the link to complete the MS Sports Participant Registration.     Click this link à  Spring 2025 MS Track and Field Registration Google Form 

    • Everyone needs to do this. 
    • For those of you that did Cross Country, this needs to be done again for Track.

STEP 2:  To participate on the Frost Track Team students must have a physical.      Click this link à Sports PPE (physical)

    • If you participated in Fall 24 Cross Country, you do not need to get a new Physical.  The form you turned in is good for this school year.
    • Dates signed by doctor must be after May 1, 2024.  
    • Students can not participate in practice or meets until the Sports PPE (physical form) is completed.
    • Once the physical form is completed, please have your child turn the form into the Main Office or you can email them to dlmetzker@fcps.edu.

STEP 3:  Complete an Emergency Care Card if you haven’t submitted it yet this year or if it needs to be updated.     Click this link à   Emergency Care Form   

    • Please complete an Emergency Care Form and turn this into the Main Office with your Physical Form

Once you have completed the steps above, you have finished your registration & paperwork, your child is ready to begin practice with the team!!!

The last day to register & turn in paperwork to join the team will be on Wednesday, April 2, 2025

Practice will start after school on Monday, March 3rd  

    1. Students will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:30 – 3:30 
    2. We will have late buses on Monday & Wednesdays 
    3. Fridays are parents pick up days
    4. Athletes must have all paperwork completed before attending practice
    5. Meets will be on the following Saturdays: 
  • April 26th  
  • May 3rd  
  • May 10th
  • May 17th
  • May 31st – Championships @ Robinson SS
  • Track meet times are 8am – 1:00pm – we will arrive at meets at 7am.  Track events begin at 8am, field events begin at 9am.  We will return to Frost no later than 2pm.
  • Buses will be provided from Frost to the meets and back to Frost after the meets. 
  • Students are expected to ride the bus to the meet, parents may take their child home from the meet, but must let Ms. Metzker or one of the coaches know you are taking them home early before they leave.
