Hello FCPS Staff and Families,
I hope that everyone has had a safe and restful weekend, despite chilly temperatures and a bit of winter weather that passed through Saturday morning.
FCPS has been in recent contact with VDOT, who has shared that primary and secondary roads are clear. VDOT is working diligently to clear remaining subdivisions that they maintain. Today’s warmer temperatures are clearing off sidewalks, which is good news for our walkers.
With that in mind, all Fairfax County public schools and offices will open on time tomorrow, Monday, January 13, 2025.
