Welcome 2025

Principal's Message

Dear FSES Community,

I want to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you who took the time to complete the survey regarding my first year as Principal. Your valuable input is incredibly important to me as I strive to create the best possible learning environment for our students.

I truly appreciate your feedback, especially concerning communication regarding the management of student discipline. I recognize the importance of clear and transparent communication regarding Student Rights and Responsibilities. I am committed to proactive communication and will continue to explore ways to enhance this aspect of my practice. I do encourage you to reach out to me individually if you have specific questions pertaining to your student.

Furthermore, I appreciate your recognition of the positive impact of PTA funds on our school and the ways I have worked with the staff here to enhance our learning environments.  Your support has been instrumental in providing our teachers with valuable resources and ensuring our students have access to the latest technology.

Finally, I am encouraged by your positive feedback on my visibility and communication methods. I believe in the importance of open and honest communication with our community, and I will continue to strive to maintain these lines of communication.

Your feedback is invaluable, and I will use it to guide my decision-making and continue to work towards long-term school improvement plans.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out. I look foward to your continued collaboration.
