The Principals' Message
Hello CES Community,
"What a fantastic week at CES! Our students worked incredibly hard, making great strides in literacy, math, science, and social studies. Only one more week until Winter Break! Everyone deserves a break to recharge and come back refreshed in the new year.
Wednesday night was a musical treat! Our CES chorus dazzled us with their winter performance. We’re grateful to Mrs. Walsh and Mrs. Tiesler for their hard work and creativity in making this event possible.

FAMILY SPOTLIGHT BOARD
If your child has had a great personal/family moment lately, send your teacher a photo and it will be displayed on the Family Spotlight bulletin board in the main hallway! Examples: family celebrated a holiday, cultural traditions, child rode their bike without training wheels, great soccer game, got a new pet, and more!
Student and Family Resources
Fairfax County Public Schools has compiled a list of resources for students and families in case they need assistance while schools are closed for winter break. Please visit FCPS’ winter resources webpage for information on academic support, mental health support, and county resources related to food, clothing, housing, and other needs.
School’s Closed, Learning Can Continue!
