💉LAST CHANCE: Immunization Clinic at WSHS

In collaboration with Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD), FCPS will host school site immunization clinics. These clinic events will be hosted during the school day.
Three adolescent vaccines will be available: Tdap, Meningococcal, and HPV. Students may only participate in the clinic at the school site where they are enrolled.
West Springfield High School's Clinic is on December 17th
Parental/Guardian consent is required for your student to receive immunizations. Please submit the signed Adolescent Vaccine Clinic Consent Form to the school’s front office by COB, December 10th.
