GBW Spelling Bee
This year, we're kicking off our spelling bee journey with grade-level bees using Scripp's online testing platform. To participate, register your student(s) for the online testing platform by Thanksgiving (Nov 28) at https://online-test.spellingbee.com. The online test can be completed at home between December 2-13. You must sign up your student! Winners will advance to the junior or senior school bee.
All study lists are available in Schoology under your parent account. For extra practice, download the Scripps WordClub app and use the official study lists at spellingbee.com/word-club.
All bee competitions are optional and not a part of the school curriculum. If a student is not interested, they do not have to participate.

Let’s achieve our goal of having 250 members of the GBW PTA! We are currently at 244 members. The 3 classes with the highest percentage of membership will be announced soon as we reach our 250-member goal and will receive a popsicle party. Joining PTA doesn’t mean you have to volunteer any or at all! Help out if you want to, when you want to, or just simply help our PTA budget out by joining for $15-$20.
