Greetings, Team Langston Hughes:
November’s theme “grateful” is most appropriate and timely! We have much to be grateful for at Langston Hughes Middle School. This month, we celebrate the rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and histories and acknowledge the important contributions of Native Americans.
Our PTA meeting is Monday, November 25, 2024 at 7 p.m. in our school’s library. I hope to see you there!
In addition, be mindful there is NO SCHOOL Wednesday, November 27th – Friday, November 29th. School will resume on Monday, December 2nd. Plan accordingly! And, enjoy the Thanksgiving Break!
Finally, we are hosting Feathers for Food, a canned food and nonperishable item drive to support the South Lakes Food Pantry. Donations will be accepted from now until Friday, December 6th.
