Cookies Needed!

On November 15th student leadership would like to have a cookie handout for students during all lunches. In order to do so, they would require about 2,000 donated cookies. Cookies can be dropped off in the main office on Thursday, November 14th or by 11am on the 15th. Cookies we need are any type of cookie, including gluten free, peanut free, or any other common allergen free. Please have cookies separated if they differ in ingredients, so we can make sure there is no cross contamination! Cookies will be distributed between cafeterias A and B from 11:15am - 1:20pm on Friday, November 15th. Thank you for your help!

The All Night Grad Party NEEDS YOU!

Every year, Woodson celebrates our graduates with a drug and alcohol free all night party to keep our teens off the roads and safe. It’s a Cavalier tradition that freshman, sophomore, and junior parents organize the event to “pay it forward” for when their own kids are celebrating. But this fabulous event can’t happen without a planning committee!

Can you help? Email woodsonangp@gmail.com to volunteer or find out more!

Federal Impact Aid Forms

Reminder - Impact Aid Forms are still available in SIS ParentVUE!

FCPS is asking all families to fill out a Federal Impact Aid Survey. The form is available in SIS ParentVUE under Online Packets (in the upper right corner after logging in). Please complete it as soon as possible.

Completing this form for each school-aged child in every household is important. Information from this survey resulted in more than $4 million in funding last year from the U.S. Department of Education. These funds are used to support all Fairfax County public schools and centers.

For more information, please watch this video on Impact Aid and visit the Federal Impact Aid Survey page.

Need to Register for ParentVUE?

Learn how to activate your SIS ParentVUE account, so you can easily submit your survey.

Technical support for using ParentVUE or completing the survey online is available by submitting a Parent Support Request ticket. Select SISParent in the Application dropdown menu and type Federal Impact Aid Survey under Issue Description. Or, call the Parent Technology Help Desk at 833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS).
