Winter Sports Tryouts (Day 1)
*** NOT ALL TRYOUTS START TOMORROW***

TRACK-
Monday, November 11th: 10:00am-12:00pm - track
- Optional practice but mainly for new athletes, particular field events
- Try any event(s) or ask questions about tryouts or being on the team
- Last chance to turn in paperwork and to complete registration online
- Last chance to inform Coach Zuber you are trying out for a different Woodson winter sport and might have a conflict with Track & Field tryouts
TRYOUTS Tuesday, November 12th: 3:30pm - track
Wednesday, November 13th: 3:30pm - track
- Long jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault
- Shot Put
Thursday, November 14th: 3:30pm - track
- 800 meter run
- 200m dash
- 55 meter hurdles
Friday, November 15th: 3:00pm
- Final Cuts - Place TBA
- Athletes who made the team will have 1st day of practice. Bring athletic clothes
Wrestling
3:50 – 6:00 in the wrestling room for tryouts and for practices daily.
Boys Basketball – Nov 11
Freshmen Boys – Main gym 5:30 – 7:30pm
JV Boys – Main gym 9:30 – 11:30am
Varsity – Main gym 3:00-5:00pm
Girls Basketball – Nov 11
Freshman – 12:00 – 2:30 Aux gym
JV / Var – 12:00 – 2:30 Main gym
Gymnastics – November 12th
3:15 - 5:15 Lake Braddock – enter through Door 7 (Cafeteria)
Swim- Nov 11-14th
Monday 3:45 at Oakmont girl swimmers and divers (no bus)
Tuesday 3:15 bus to Oakmont boy swimmer and divers
Wednesday 3:15 bus to Oakmont boy and girl swimmers
Thursday 3:15 bus for everyone
Rifle- Nov 14th
