THIS WEEKEND! - Herndon Homecoming Parade - November 9, 2024!
Show your spirit and join us at the Herndon Homecoming Parade where Dranesville Elementary are the defending School Group Champions. This year's theme is "Out of This World," and our float theme is "Blast off on a learning adventure with Dranesville Elementary."

November Breakfast for the Staff
Calling all FOURTH GRADE families! November is your month to treat our staff to breakfast at their monthly meeting. The Friday meeting for November is on Friday, November 15th. Reflections Art Contest: Submissions due Nov.15th!
Explore the arts and express yourself! All students who participate will be recognized in an award ceremony. Plus, first-place entries can advance to the state and national level!
Students should submit their completed works of theme-based art, along with their artist statement, by November 15th. The theme this year is “Accepting Imperfection.” Dranesville will accept artwork in the categories of literature, visual arts and music composition.
