Immunization Clinic
- On Tuesday, November 12 at 8:30am, JMHS will be hosting an immunization clinic sponsored by Fairfax County. If your child still needs immunizations, please reach out to Vianmarie Milan at vmilan@fcps.edu or 703-319-2322 to get necessary paperwork for your student to participate. All paperwork must be received by Friday, 11/8.
Federal Impact Aid Forms
- Impact Aid Forms are now available in SIS ParentVUE!
- FCPS is asking all families to fill out a Federal Impact Aid Survey. The form is available in SIS ParentVUE under Online Packets (in the upper right corner after logging in). Please complete it as soon as possible.
- For more information, please watch this video on Impact Aid and visit the Federal Impact Aid Survey page.
- Technical support for using ParentVUE or completing the survey online is available by submitting a Parent Support Request ticket. Select SISParent in the Application dropdown menu and type Federal Impact Aid Survey under Issue Description. Or, call the Parent Technology Help Desk at 833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS).
Student Holiday Reminder
- November 4 and 5 are student holidays. The Main Office will be open 9am-1pm on 11/5.
Hidden in Plain Sight Program
- Thursday, November 7 at 6:30 pm in Madison's Town Hall
- Join Madison's Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist (SAPS) Mike McNulty with members of Fairfax County law enforcement for a presentation for parents on substance abuse. This program will enlighten parents through a unique learning experience encompassing insights into trends and indicators of potentially risky behaviors.
Senior Baby Ads
- Deadline is November 15. Visit the JMHS website for how to purchase.
MAP Growth Testing
- MAP testing will be taking place in select Math and English classes between now and November 15. More information about MAP testing is available on the FCPS website.
