Dear Beech Tree Families,
As a Title I school, we are committed to ensuring every student has the resources and support needed for success. An important part of this effort is our Title I Parent Compact, which outlines the shared responsibilities between families, the school, and students to achieve the best educational outcomes.
To strengthen our partnership, we invite you to complete the Title I Parent Compact Feedback Form or the Spanish translation Comentarios 2024- 2025 - Política y Compromiso de Título I. Your feedback helps us improve our approach and better align our goals with the needs of our students and families. By sharing your thoughts, you help shape the way we work together to support our students’ learning journey.
How to Access and Complete the Form:
- The form can be accessed online at Beech Tree Compact School Year 24.25.pdf or by requesting a paper copy from the main office.
- Please take a few minutes to review the compact and provide your feedback.
Thank you for taking the time to share your input and for your continued partnership in supporting our students!
With appreciation,
Principal Clarke

Beech Days Calendar Lunch Visitation Schedule
As we gear up for the Science Olympiad competition this Saturday, October 26th, we want to wish our talented student team the best of luck! We’re excited to support them by providing snacks for the team to enjoy during the event.
Additionally, we’d like to remind you that parents can still donate baked goods or volunteer for our Election Day Bake Sale on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. It is the biggest fundraiser of the year, and your help is needed! Parents can help in two ways:
-
Volunteer: Parents can volunteer to run the bake sale in 2-hour time slots. Four more volunteers are needed.
-
Donate Baked Goods: Currently, we only have 16 people donating baked goods out of 80. Some examples of donated baked goods include but are not limited to the following: muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, donuts, brownies, pies, sweet bread, apple tart, coffee cake, etc. If you do not have time to exercise your baking skills, feel free to visit your local grocery store and buy baked goods instead. Please turn in baked goods to the front office on Monday, November 4 or the morning of the bake sale on Tuesday, November 5. All baked goods will be sold to voters coming to Beech Tree on Election Day.
If you’d like to volunteer or donate baked goods, please use the sign-up link: Election Day Bake Sale Sign-Up .
We also invite parents to get involved with the upcoming Beech Tree Olympics on Saturday, November 16, 2024. You can help in two ways:
