Katherine “Coco” Lewis -Volleyball
This week, girls’ volleyball nominates Coco Lewis as athlete of the week! She has recently been stepping up her play, game after game, with an increased maturity and mental toughness that has made her already intimidating abilities nearly unstoppable. Against Yorktown on Monday, 10/7, she set a school record for kills in a single match, racking up 40 across a brutal 5-set loss. She is carrying a demanding load with grace and leadership beyond her years and we are grateful for all she does!

Ethan Buhler -Football
Ethan epitomizes the team first attitude we are trying to instill in all the boys who participate in our program.
Against Chantilly Ethan caught 3 passes for 47 yards, carried the ball 8 times for 41 yards and scored two touchdowns. But Ethan’s most notable plays don’t typically involve him carrying the ball. Ethan is the first to make a key block or execute another part of a play that allows a teammate to shine. Ethan specializes in doing the “dirty jobs” necessary to win football games and in doing so, leads by example every game.
