Thank you to the parents and community members helping with Field Day! Your participation in facilitating the stations made the day a massive success for all students.

We know you have very busy lives, but you took time out of your day to come and volunteer. Your help was invaluable, from setting up and running events to cleaning up at the end of the day.

The students loved seeing their parents there, and they appreciated your support. Field Day is a special day for our school community, and it would not have been the same without you.

We want to thank our 6th-grade students for taking the time to support Field Day by helping to facilitate the stations for the younger students. We appreciate the students taking leadership roles to support the adults at the stations.

On behalf of the entire staff and student body, we express our sincere gratitude for your help. We are so lucky to have such supportive students, caregivers, and community members!

School Success Starts with Good Attendance

Attend school regularly is a habit that leads to school success.  Set the expectation that your child should get to school on time every day.  The habit will carry through elementary, middle, and high school years and into adult life.  Below are a some tips that can help your child succeed to a successful school year.

  • Help your child set an maintain routines.
  • Ensure that your child gets enough sleep.
  • Send children to school unless they are sick.
  • Schedule medical appointments outside of school hours.
  • Avoid long trips/vacations when school is in session.
  • Help your child set out clothes and backpacks the night before.
  • Check homework each night.
  • Develop a back-up for getting to school if your child misses the bus or you cannot provide transportation.
