Getting some exercise before school can increase oxygen flow to the brain and promote concentration. We encourage all students and parents to join in on the fun.

Seeking Coaches for Let Me Run
We are hoping to hold a Let Me Run club this fall at GBW, in the morning before school. We need volunteers (being an avid runner is NOT a requirement!) to coach either once or twice a week to make it happen!
Let Me Run is building a new generation of men by teaching boys to be their best selves through a character development program powered by running. 4th-6th grade boys will run and complete lessons on things like expressing emotions, showing affection, building friendships, and connecting with others. LMR is national non-profit that provides coach training, curriculum, and materials needed for lessons! Contact Site Liaison Mary Beth Drum mbdrum@fcps.edu to sign up, for just seven weeks starting late Septemb
