Back to School Night is TONIGHT! Please note that this is an adult-only event. There is still space available at the iCode Vienna this evening! iCode offers hands-on coding and STEM education for kids. If you are still looking for help with your children tonight so that you can attend Back-to-School Night, send them to iCode! Pizza and drinks will be provided, and a staff to watch children. Calling all 3rd-6th graders! Show off your wolf spirit by submitting original artwork for this year's Yearbook Cover Contest. The design must include:
-This year's theme: Pack Sountrack
-School name: Wolftrap Elementary
-School year: 2024-2025
Instructions: Please use an 8.5'x11'' sheet of paper, oriented vertically. Any art medium may be used, to include crayons, paint, pastels, markers, etc). No clip art, internet files, or copied work will be permitted. Be sure to fill all of the space with color! Submit your art to the front office with your name, teacher, and grade on the back. Wolftrap teachers and staff will judge the entries. All entires will appear in the yearbook! The winner will receive a free yearbook.
The contest will run from September 23rd to October 18th. All entries are due no later than October 18th.

The amazing students at Wolftrap, donate their unused, uneaten food from lunch to our community in need. Please consider helping drop off this food to the Food for Others Warehouse in Fairfax. Pick up is Friday afternoon between 2:15-3:00 p.m. from the refrigerator in the PTA closet. Thank you for helping our friends in need!
Bingo Night is NEXT WEEK!
When: 5:00 p.m.-dark
Where: Wolftrap field
Food: Food must be PRE-ORDERED prior to Bingo Night! Order your Dominos pizza and Nothing Bundt Cakes here
If you are new to Wolftrap or have never been to Pizza Bingo before, this is your chance to come join in the Bingo Night fun! This is an all-school fundraiser that is held outdoors on the school's back field.
Please note that parent volunteers are still needed! Signup Genius
If you have middle or high school students who are in need of volunteer hours, please have them check out these volunteer opportunities!
This is NOT a drop-off event. Please be sure that your child/children are supervised at all times. There is no charge for admission, however there isa. suggested donation of $10 per family.
The weather is currently being monitored. Should rain prevent the event from happening outdoors, it will be held inside in the Wolftrap Cafeteria.

Calling all cyclists! It's time for the fall bike train! Get your motors running, while pedaling on the way to school. Participants will be joined by the Fairfax County Police Department. The train departs at 8:00 a.m. from the corner of Beulah Rd. and Liberty Tree Lane. Please see the map for the route and feel free to join in anywhere along the route.
Coffee will be provided by Caffe Amouri at the end of the ride for all parent participants!
