When do after school programs start?
The official kick off date is September 9th. However, there are some activities that won’t start until after interest meetings and testing.

How do I sign up?
Parents/Guardians need to fill out this google form to give your student consent to attend the after school program.
Students can attend after school clubs on any day, but must sign in for after school attendance everyday that they are present.
Can students attend any after school activity?
Students can attend most activities at their leisure. There are some activities that require testing or a commitment. The following activities require testing and/or a commitment to attend on required days.
- Science Olympiad
- Science Bowl
- Math Counts
- Quiz Bowl
- Model UN
- Clay/Art Club - lottery due to limited seats

Late buses
Late buses are offered Monday - Thursday. Buses typically leave Longfellow between 4:30p.m. - 4:45p.m.

Celebrate McLean and McLean HS Home Football Game Policies
Celebrate McLean is Thursday August 29th from 4:00-6:30 PM. There will be a live DJ, games, and food trucks.
The event is followed by the Varsity Football game vs. Meridian HS at 7:00 PM.
Please remember that if your child is attending any McLean High School football games this season, they must be accompanied by an adult. There are no backpacks, purses, food or drink permitted. Ticket prices did change this year and are now $7 for adults and $5 for students.
