We have had a wonderful first week of school here at Chantilly Academy! Our teachers and staff have enjoyed welcoming new and familiar faces to the Academy. Second year Air Force JROTC Cadets in Echo Flight are fired up for a new school year!
It is important to note that absences, late arrivals, or early dismissals reported to a student's base school do not cover attendance for Chantilly Academy. A parent/guardian must contact Chantilly Academy separately to report any changes to a student's attendance.
Parents/Guardians may report an absence, late arrival, or early dismissal to Chantilly Academy in the following ways:
- Submit our online Attendance Form.
- Call the Chantilly Academy attendance line at 703-222-7496. Please leave a detailed message with the following information:
- Student's first name, last name, and student ID number.
- Student's Academy course
- Student's base school.
- Date(s) and reason for absence(s).
- Parent/Guardian's first name, last name, and contact number.

Chantilly Academy courses offer students with unique, exciting, and hands-on opportunities to learn, collaborate, and connect that they will not want to miss! In order to maximize instructional time and minimize distractions, Chantilly Academy will be following the FCPS School Board Cell Phone Policy that was adopted at its meeting on May 9, 2024.

Our returning Auto Tech students are happy to be back in the shop.
Cosmetology students jumped right into working in the salon by learning and practicing a variety of braids this week.
Students and teachers got acquainted in the classroom this week through some fun activities, including this team building sensory challenge in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy.
