We are ready to kick off the new school year with you at Wolftrap Under the Stars this Friday, August 23rd from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on the field behind the school.
Wolftrap Under the Stars is one of the most memorable nights of the year! Join the PTA, the Wolftrap Staff, and all our wonderful Wolftrap families for a night of FUN!
Come see us at the PTA tent to join the PTA, grab an order form for Spirit wear, and learn more about getting involved with all our wonderful programs. More details below!

Want to volunteer? Please go to our signup genius!
There are roles for middle schoolers who need volunteer hours, so spread the word to your Wolftrap alumni! We also need parents who can monitor our stations for short periods of time.

Come Hungry
Check out our food trucks! Don’t forget Ben & Jerry’s for dessert. Cash and credit are both accepted, but note, cash is faster in the line…. Details on ordering below:
Two Smooth Dudes: Salads, wraps, and tater tots. Drool!
KBBQ Box: Korean-fusion cuisine, Bulgogi, Dumplings, Chicken Wings, Teriyaki and more.
Ben & Jerry’s Vienna: Stop by the middle of the field and grab a simple, no-frills, dish of ice cream. The perfect cold treat for a nice evening.
Water/Soda: All this fun activity can make Wolftrap families thirsty; the PTA will have water and sodas for sale for $1 a bottle (cash preferred) at the PTA tent at the top of the playground.
What to Bring:
- Cash for water/soda purchases and to expedite food truck orders
- Picnic blanket or folding chair to set up a meeting / eating place on the field
- Enough adults to supervise children. This is not a drop off event; please help us by being sure your students are being supervised throughout the evening

First PTA Meeting of the year: September 12th, 6 pm, Wolftrap Library.
Join the PTA on our website here. PTA membership is an annual membership that supports our teachers, students, and families. Members receive immediate access to the online directory and voting privileges at PTA meetings. You can join for only $25 a family!! This is the easiest way to support your school. You can also become a Friend of Wolftrap by donating when you join the PTA.
We are so excited to start collecting pictures for this year’s yearbook. Please send your full resolution images to yearbook@wolftrappta.org as events happen. We need images from the first day of school, Wolftrap under the stars, Pizza bingo, field trips, class parties, Artist in the making, and other school related events and activities.
