BBES Medication Drop Off and Forms
Don’t wait in line! Sign up for a time to drop off your child’s medication using our BBES Health Room Medication Drop Off Sign Up Genius. Time slots are available for Thursday, August 15 and Friday, August 16. Please call our Health Room, 703-321-3910, for additional information or times.
Medication Reminders
- Each form needs to be completed annually by the physician;
- All medication must be transported to the health room by a parent or guardian.
- Over-The-Counter (OTC) medication can be signed in the health room by a parent for headaches, muscle aches, orthodontic pain or menstrual pain only.
- Please bring new/unopened OTC medication to the health room with a completed Medication Authorization signed by the parent/guardian, please note any other condition will require an authorized provider’s signature.
