Dear Woodburn Families,
We miss our Wildcats and hope you have been enjoying summer and staying cool. Our building is buzzing with summer programs and our custodians are hard at work deep cleaning the school.
We had a great kindergarten playdate yesterday morning and have two more scheduled. Dates for upcoming playdates and other back-to-school events can be found below. Mark your calendar now!
Our next newsletter will be shared in early August. We will introduce new staff and share more about the upcoming school year. Stay well!

Student Monitors Needed
Woodburn is looking for student monitors to join our staff. This is an hourly position. Please reach out to Katy at kjrichman@fcps.edu or 703-641-8200 if interested.
Student Monitors:
Description: Provides supervision of students throughout the school day to include but not limited to the classroom, hallways, lunch, recess, specials and at arrival/dismissal; helps maintain order and discipline and assists in managing the behavior of students; operates technology; performs administrative and non-instructional duties; ensures all layered prevention/safety protocols and procedures are implemented and followed; works with individual and small groups of students.
Hourly: $16.85/hr
